Product Information
A: Our Luxury Collection air fresheners provide up to 12 hours of fragrance in a room and can last up to 24 hours in a vehicle. The Budget-Friendly Collection offers up to 6–7 hours in a room and similarly up to 24 hours in a vehicle.
A: For optimal results, spray the air freshener after cleaning your vehicle while it’s parked. This allows the fragrance to settle and permeate the interior effectively.

A: Yes, all our products and the shipping services we utilise comply with health and safety regulations and laws.
Ordering & Payments
A: We accept PayPal and various other secure payment options available on our website.
A: Changes to orders are possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, modifications are not feasible. However, we will do our best to assist you.
A: We aim to dispatch orders on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, as well as those made on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.
Bulk order:
Bulk orders are contingent upon both the quantity requested and product availability. We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
A: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next business day. We ship via FedEx and DPD, aiming for next-day delivery across the UK mainland. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
A: Yes, we offer free shipping to the UK mainland. For deliveries outside the UK mainland, shipping charges apply based on the destination.
A: Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details. To ensure you receive all updates, please provide correct shipping information, your email address and phone number when placing your order.
A: Yes, you can reschedule your delivery using the link provided by the courier company in your tracking information.
A: Creating an account allows for a hassle-free checkout process, order tracking, and access to exclusive updates. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter for regular updates.
Returns & Refunds
A: You may return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
A: To initiate a return, please contact us at info.aerosols@atik.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
