Reseller Policy

At ATIK Aerosols, we welcome individual customers as well as businesses interested in reselling our products. Please note, however, that we do not currently operate a formal reseller or B2B account registration system. All prices displayed on our website already reflect competitive wholesale and bulk discounts.

By purchasing from our site for resale purposes, you agree to the following conditions:

– No Alteration: Products must be sold in their original condition. Repackaging, rebranding, or tampering with our product design, labels, or packaging is strictly prohibited.

– Use of Branding: The use of ATIK branding, product names, logos, or images for commercial marketing (including on websites, social media, printed materials, etc.) is not allowed without prior written consent.

– Fair Representation: Resellers must not make misleading claims or misrepresent product features or performance.

– Pricing Control: We do not currently enforce MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), but we reserve the right to change this policy in future.

– Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel or limit future purchases if any reseller is found violating these terms.

This policy ensures that our brand integrity and product quality are upheld while allowing flexibility for small businesses and retailers to offer ATIK products.
